Late Cancellations (Within 48 Hours)

A late cancellation means cancelling within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Because the practice room is reserved and the time cannot usually be filled at short notice, a tiered fee applies (calculated from the standard session rate of $130 for 60 min, or $180 for extended up to 2 hours):

First Time30%

First Late Cancellation

30% of the standard session fee is payable to partially cover reserved room time.

Acknowledges life's unexpected shifts.
Second Time50%

Second Late Cancellation

50% of the session fee is payable to share the commitment of the reserved time slot.

Maintains balance for both parties.
Repeated100%

Third / Repeated Pattern

Full session fee is payable when short-notice cancellations become a recurring pattern.

Protects schedule viability.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and no prior communication or cancellation is made, the full session fee is payable.

Steffen reserves the entire consultation period and practice room specifically for you.

An invoice will be generated and emailed for the missed consultation.

Life happens.

If you are suddenly unwell, experiencing a family crisis, or something truly unexpected occurs, please contact me as soon as you are safely able to.

We will always work together to find a compassionate, human, and fair solution.
